By joining this class I understand that I (or the caregiver I send with my child) am fully responsible for my child at all times.

I understand that Elisheva Rogoff and Baby, Toddler N Me are not responsible for my child at any time, or for the naturally occurring hazards of coming to a class outside, including but not limited to: uneven surfaces causing trips/fall, child picking up small choking hazard items found on the ground or any accidents from toys breaking, insects, caterpillars, frogs, or other poisonous animals, dogs in the vicinity, child running into the street, rain, lightning, or allergies from snacks that other families bring for themselves, or other people walking nearby.

I also agree that any photos taken during class can be used for publicity purposes on social media and the Baby, Toddler N Me website.
